Pros and Cons of the IMED class

The class was definitely something new and i learned how to do many things that I didn't even know I could do. From making my own website to making a fake parody. The class really focused on things I wanted to learn and the assignments were good for any class. As for the examples seen to show what our final product had to have were really helpful. The bad part was that I didn't feel that there was sufficient time and some projects weren't done or completed because of this issue.

New Video Idea 11/25/13

For my next video I plan on doing an interview that is funny but where there is an upcoming actor who is announcing his movie and only talks about the bad things. While he is talking the camera moves and the movie poster behind him falls down.

Video Idea

The title for my video is going to be "How to Tie a Tie"
I will teach the audience how to tie a  tie and what steps it takes to make the perfect fit. Maybe I can show two or three different ways to tie a tie that way the audience can choose their preference. I will most likely start with a close up scene and from there I will zoom out a little that way the audience can get a better image.

Website Design View

For my website pages the home screen should be informing people of the recent news and what there is for them to find out. The colors would probably be silver and blue since those are the related colors to my capstone project. There will be pictures of what the progress through out time is and what the issues look like in a realistic matter. As for the side bar it is going to be on the top and there is going to be different tabs for the home, problem, solution, and a way of contact. Below it there are going to be information blocks which tell about water and the most recent news. Beside it there is going to be talk about pollution and how people are able to help.

In the problem tab the issues will be stated and how they are affecting most people. The font is planned to be bigger and made to be seen better in size. There will probably be three pictures and this will be done onto the other tabs as well. While in the solution tab there will be plenty of information and it will be divided be sections. Finally on the contact page there will be information to an email and number to which people can reach or give donations if possible.

My Website

My website idea has to do with being able to access water in a faster process and getting it to those who need it. My idea for this website would be having probably a light blue them with drawn icons that can be give the idea of what the information through this process is. Then there can be pictures on what kind of tools there are or maybe the icons can have tools. These would be tools that can help gain water or reuse it it some ways. Through this website i can tell people how they can help and how their contributions can be helpful.

The Future

In the future the technology provided gives access to many things that can be an advantage or disadvantage which is why most people would look into it or disagree. The technology is advanced and it can give access to people's information which is a really bad thing especially if there are hackers which can access everyone's information. In my opinion I don't think it should happen because a variety of things are going to be virtual and physical things don't have as much meaning as it is suppose to have. Technology is great but it can dumb down society and the effects it has on everything is not always an advantage.
